How do I book?
After clicking on the “Book Now” button, you choose your Escape Room, select your date, time and the amount of people in your group. You will be prompted for online payment when making the booking, after which you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at help@questfactor.us. Same day online bookings are available; our schedule is updated in real-time.
How can I make an appointment?
Through the quick and easy to use “Book Now” button on our site. You can also call us or write an email with your preferred time and group size.
I want to surprise a friend with a Gift Card, is this possible?
Yes. Gift cards are available for two or three participants per Gift Card. Simply click on the “Gift Card” button and follow the instructions. The recipient needs only print out the Gift Card, or use the Gift Card number to book an Escape Room online.
We’re a company looking to organize a corporate team building event for a larger group, is this possible?

The number of people participating will be different from the number of people on the booking. Is this a problem?
Not at all. You don’t even have to call us in advance. The booking information is simply an indicator for us. For an optimal experience, we recommend groups between four and six (six being the maximum group size).
Are Quest Factor facilities handicap accessible?
While our facilities are handicap accessible, participants with mobility difficulties are likely not to not experience the Escape Rooms to their fullest and there might be some inconveniences accessing all parts of the Escape Rooms. Are there any health conditions that would prevent a person from participating in an Escape Room?
Our Escape Rooms are created with excitement and adrenaline in mind – not scaring. This means that there are likely to be some ‘sudden surprises’ and situations that will hopefully get your blood pumping but nothing that should be considered as dangerous. If there are any concerns or in special cases, please give us a call so we might recommend the most appropriate Escape Rooms or alter an experience for your group. If, however, an individual has a history of a problems, or concerns, with excitement, they should not play.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booking time as any late start of a session will unfortunately relate in a deduction of your game time – due to scheduling.
What happens if I’m late for my booking?
We stick strictly to schedule. This means that any late arrivals and late starts will be deducted from the specific game time. There are no refunds or reschedules for late arrivals. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, this will ensure you get your full hour of game time.
Cancelling or rescheduling a booking.
All sales are final and no refunds allowed for cancellations or no shows. A booking can be rescheduled only once and can only be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, less than 24 hours in advanced no booking can be rescheduled (from the scheduled booking time).
Policies on being late
Age Policies
Children under 10 years old will not be allowed to participate under any circumstances. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult: Participants between the ages of 10 – 14 years old must have an adult in the current game room while playing. Participants between the ages of 15 – 18 years old must have an adult present to sign a waiver (before the start of the game). The adult does not have to participate in the game.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be canceled by replying to the confirmation email received from us, stating that you would like to cancel the booking. We do recommend that you consider rescheduling your booking instead as there are no refunds for cancelations.
What happens if we cannot show up for our scheduled booking?
We do not offer any refunds for cancelations or no shows. You have one opportunity to reschedule your booking, at least 24 hours in advanced, in this case you will need to contact us via phone or email.
Do I need to sign any documents to participate? What are the terms and conditions of Quest Factor?
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the game starts, for under aged participants an responsible adult will have to sign the waiver. For more details regarding our terms and conditions, feel free to contact us.
Suggestions for the game
To get the full experience of the Escape Rooms, we recommend using the restroom before the start for the game and switching cellphones to mute (or switching them off entirely).
How long does a game take to finish?
You have a maximum of one hour (60 minutes) to escape. In you finish earlier, congratulations, you are free!
How are the different rooms different from each other?
Except for the shared goal of “Escape!”, each room is completely unique; different stories, moods, designs, sizes, difficulties, objectives and available times to escape. You can read a small blurb on each of our Escape Rooms in the “Rooms” tab.
Our group is larger than six and we would like to play together, what can we do?
Depending on the Escape Room, we allow 2-6 or 2-8 participants in a room, no more.
Is there an ideal group size for an Escape Room?
In our experience, the ideal group size is four to five participants. Smaller groups can still play and have fun but the experience will not be the same. There is a maximum number for participants per Escape Room (six or eight depending on the respective Escape Rooms).
What are the prices and how can I pay?
Prices are generally between $35 to $40 per person participating. For exact prices, group sizes and payment details, simply click on the “Book Now” button, select your preferred Escape Room, time slot and group size, click “continue” and you will be prompted with online payment details.
How do I know that my booking is fine?
After confirming your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking’s information. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us after confirming your booking, please contact us at help@questfactor.us.
What happens if my Gift Card expiries?
After your Gift Card expires, you can still redeem the Gift Card for the same value as your original Gift Card. You will, however, have to contact us to make a booking with an expired Gift Card - please contact us at help@questfactor.us.
