We did the Jurassic Island Escape Room and it was super fun! The room was very well themed and decorated. My only complaint when comparing to other escape rooms is that the story was not very apparent. There were tons of clues around the room on laminated papers because the story really didn't make much sense. I wish it would have been more well thought out because all the technology in the room is the best I've ever seen in an escape room. I would still recommend this place to friends.
Matheus was a fantastic host for our The Castle game this evening. The room was very immersive, puzzles were well thought out and items were in good repair. I loved the fact we were not truly locked into the game. It is very good that owners care about our safety enough to ensure we could leave if an emergency arose and thus we were not in danger.If you've never played an escape game before, I would strongly suggest you make Quest Factor the first. You'll have a great experience and want to do more. Seattle has a large number of games to try.We were in town for a conference and wanted to play a game. We were having difficulty finding an ER company that was open on Monday. Quest Factor filled the need and showed they cared about customers enough to be open when customers wanted to play.The fact that this game was private and not public without a higher fee was really awesome. We had a newbie that we were introducing to the world of Escape Rooms and we know she would not have had as good of an experience if we were forced into a public game experience. This would have meant we were playing with people we didn't know. We loved the private experience so that we could play just with our group!Well done Quest Factor!

Check it out to see how these rooms compare to the other 125+ rooms we've done across the United States.Looking back at my old review after doing about a hundred more rooms, yikes. I definitely overrated these rooms quite a bit the first time around. With experience, I have learned that good sets are a dime a dozen in escape rooms, and that as you do more rooms with amazing sets, older rooms with good sets start to feel more like just standard escape rooms. Rooms that I like now generally provide a unique experience through a very good story, memorable puzzles, ridiculous set, or interesting gameplay. These Quest Factor rooms sadly rely a lot on their set to be memorable, and while they're above average, the rest of the game was average enough to make these rooms feel like very standard escape rooms to a jaded enthusiast.The Omescape comparison in particular was a bit embarrassing in hindsight, as Omescape's rooms have significantly better puzzles, hint system, and game flow.Da Vinci - mid 3/5. The better of the two rooms we did here, we remember the set being decent and the puzzles being okay (again, it's been a year and they were standard so I don't really remember any of them).The Castle - low 3/5. This room has fallen a quite a bit simply because we remember some of the puzzles here being very search heavy and uninteresting compared to the ones in Da Vinci.See previous review for more context.
I dont see any reviews for the Jurassic island room so here is one....it was amazing, my kid and I solved it with a few seconds left and we were both very pleased with the whole operation...we are going back to do wizard theme tomorrow. Awesome quests!
My friends and I went to the Game of Kings quest, they were afraid they wouldn't like it, because we love the Game of Thrones series very much, but the guys from Quest Factor were able to fully convey the atmosphere of the series. I strongly advise you to go. Did the holy grail with some mates awhile ago and was very please with both the service and direction provided by the attendant Brendon as well as the room itself! There was plenty of different pieces of the puzzle to uncover and there was never too much downtime between new discoveries. Would very strongly recommend.
I've done a few escape rooms before and I must say, the room I did, was exceptional. It had just the right mix of challenge, but also it wasn't too complicated. Jared was a really cool game master and though my group didn't need any hints he was enthusiastic from the get-go and was on stand-by the entire time if we needed anything. All around impressed with the service and quality of this location!
Had a great time at this escape room. Brendon was the employee on staff at the time and he quickly and concisely explained all the rules. Once in the room, I had a blast getting through the puzzles. It was a fun challenge that didn't seem too unfair with its difficulty, but also not too easy. Definitely would recommend and plan on going back again The three of us did the Da Vinci room and had a great time escaping this room! The facilities were immaculate, the service was terrific, and they spared no cost in designing and decorating the room. Unique and challenging puzzles kept us moving through the game. This was our first time with no limit to the number of hints. We only used two or three, but it really took some of the stress and frustration away and allowed us to just have fun. We booked another one at their other Seattle facility as soon as we finished because it was such a high quality experience - and the price was fair, too. Book it!
It was my first experience with escape rooms, and it was truly memorable! It started with professional, and attentive staff that helped our group throughout the quest room. We've hit a few dead ends and stalled in the room, but our game master was able to help us to navigate, and pushed us towards the right direction without giving away the puzzle. We did not solve it on time since it was a difficult room. However, the experience was great and we're looking forward to return, finish the room we started, and try a few more! I definitely recommend!
Great escape room! Our game master was great as providing true "hints" not just giving us answers. All of the puzzles will get you somewhere- no spending precious time on a puzzle that isn't part of the game. We did the Da Vinci room as a date night with just the two of us and our game master gave us an extra minute past time to complete to room.Awesome that you don't need to pay for all six spots to have the room to yourself- I don't know anyone who likes playing with strangers...
